Green Square is one of the densest residential redevelopments in the country, built on former industrial land around the station and the town centre. It is not a gazetted suburb: the address on your mail is most likely Zetland, Beaconsfield or Rosebery, and all three are covered.

The housing is almost entirely apartments, built from the mid 2000s onward in medium and high-rise blocks, with a high proportion rented and a steady turnover of tenants moving in and out.

That means most of what we do here is apartment work and end of lease work. Basement parking, lift bookings, building management and the distance between where the van can stop and where the carpet is are all part of the job before any cleaning starts.
