Professional Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction with truck-mounted or portable equipment according to property access.
Learn more →From Artarmon to Zetland
Expert carpet and upholstery cleaning across Sydney. 472 suburbs, from the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs out to the Hills District, Ryde and the Sutherland Shire.
Sydney is a city of very different homes. A terrace in Annandale presents different access challenges from a high-rise apartment in Zetland. A Bondi home may deal with fine sand tracked in from the beach. A North Sydney apartment may involve secure basement parking, lifts and long internal corridors. A multi-storey house in Hunters Hill may have excellent access for our truck-mounted system despite having several levels.
That is why we carry both truck-mounted hot-water extraction equipment and a high-performance portable extraction system. We choose the equipment that suits the property.
Different homes. Different access. One cleaning standard.
Carpet cleaning across Sydney's Inner West
The Inner West contains an extraordinary mix of housing. Victorian terraces sit beside Federation homes, apartments, converted industrial buildings, townhouses and newer developments. Parking can range from a generous driveway to a street where finding enough space for a van becomes part of the job.
We are based in Annandale, making the Inner West a natural core service area for the business.
Where suitable van access is available, our truck-mounted extraction system can service both ground-floor and multi-storey homes. For apartments and difficult-access properties, our professional portable extraction equipment can be taken directly into the building.

Carpet cleaning from Bondi to Watsons Bay
Sydney's Eastern Suburbs contain everything from beachside apartments and Victorian terraces to large family homes and high-rise developments. Access can vary considerably. Some properties provide excellent truck-mounted access. Others involve basement parking, lifts, narrow streets or apartment complexes where our professional portable extraction system is the practical choice.
Coastal suburbs also present their own carpet challenges. Fine sand has an impressive ability to travel home from the beach and work its way deep into carpet pile. Proper dry-soil preparation can be particularly important in these homes.
We service Eastern Suburbs locations including:

Carpet cleaning across the Lower North Shore
The Lower North Shore combines high-rise commercial and residential centres with harbour-side apartments, Federation homes, substantial family houses and quieter peninsula suburbs. Property access varies dramatically. A North Sydney tower may require portable equipment and carefully planned lift access. A multi-storey home in Hunters Hill or Longueville may have excellent access for our truck-mounted system.
Having both systems means we can choose according to the property rather than limiting the service to one type of home.
We service Lower North Shore suburbs including:

The harbour beach side of Mosman, where sand from the Esplanade finds its way into hallways and stair runners.

Homes here range from historic sandstone houses with quality wool carpet to apartments and townhouses where hoses from the van are not practical, and we carry both truck-mounted and professional portable extraction to suit whichever the property calls for.
Access varies enormously from one street to the next in this part of Sydney, so we confirm it when you book rather than discovering it on the day.

Professional carpet cleaning for one of Sydney's fastest-changing residential areas. South Sydney, including Green Square and the surrounding suburbs, has transformed dramatically. Former industrial land now sits alongside major apartment developments, converted warehouses, terraces and established residential streets.
This is an area where having professional portable extraction equipment is particularly useful. Modern apartment towers often involve secure basement parking, lifts, access controls and long distances between the vehicle and the apartment. Our professional portable system can be taken directly into the building when truck-mounted access is impractical.

This is some of the most varied property stock we service anywhere, heritage terraces, converted warehouses, high-rise towers and everything in between, often within the same street.
Our professional portable system can be taken directly into buildings when truck-mounted access is impractical, which is common in the Inner City given building density and limited street parking.

We provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning throughout Sydney's Upper North Shore, from Lindfield to St Ives, using hot-water extraction equipment suited to larger family homes on generous blocks.
This is a region of established, often substantial family homes, many with formal living areas, multiple bedrooms and long-standing wool or wool-blend carpet that deserves a considered, gentler approach.
Wide streets and generous driveways typical of the area mean truck-mounted access is usually straightforward, giving full cleaning performance without needing to compromise.
We service suburbs including:

The bushland suburbs along the Northern line, from Beecroft up to Hornsby.
We cover Hornsby and the suburbs strung along the railway below it, the corridor that runs on from our Hills District work at Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills.
Almost every street here has bush on one side of it or the other. That is the appeal of the area and it is also the reason the carpet looks the way it does, because grit, bark and leaf matter come inside on shoes every day and settle into the pile at the doorways and along the main walking line.
The housing runs from Federation and inter-war homes at Beecroft and Thornleigh, often still carrying wool carpet in the formal rooms, through seventies and eighties family houses on large blocks at Westleigh, to the apartments and unit blocks clustered around Hornsby station.
Blocks are generous through most of the corridor and driveway access is the norm, which suits our truck-mounted system. Our professional portable extraction covers the apartments, the walk-up units and the split levels where a hose run makes no sense.
We service suburbs including:
Freestanding homes on decent blocks with bushland close on the eastern side.

Unit blocks around the station and hospital, high turnover with a lot of end of lease work.
Seventies and eighties family homes on big blocks in bush-ringed cul-de-sacs, split levels throughout.

This is a region of settled, often substantial family homes along the Parramatta River foreshore, alongside newer waterfront apartment precincts.

Architect-designed coastal homes with quality interiors and multiple levels.
Elevated cul-de-sacs above the lagoon, open houses and wind-borne grit along the walking line.
From Sutherland and Miranda out to the peninsulas and the bush edge.
We cover the Sutherland Shire, from Sutherland and Miranda through the river peninsulas at Como, Oyster Bay and Illawong, across to Menai and Bangor and down to Cronulla and Port Hacking.
No part of Sydney gives us a wider range of access problems. Como steps down to the water on flights of external steps, Menai and Bangor are wide estate streets with generous driveways, and the units around Sutherland and Kirrawee stations mean lifts and loading docks.
The soil changes just as much. Bush boundaries at Jannali, Bonnet Bay and Grays Point bring dry abrasive grit inside all year, the beachside suburbs deal with sand and salt, and the estate homes at Menai reach the point where new-ish carpet looks flat because soil has dulled the pile.
Where we can park close, our truck-mounted system does the heavy work. Where the land falls away or the building says otherwise, our professional portable extraction comes to the carpet instead.
We service suburbs including:
Modern homes at the northern tip of the Shire, with bushland reserve along much of its edge.
An estate suburb beside Menai, backing onto the bushland above the Woronora River.

Sloping waterfront sites and multi-level homes where access varies street by street.
Frenchs Forest, Belrose and the bushland suburbs around them.
We service the Forest District, from Forestville and Frenchs Forest through Belrose, Davidson and the surrounding suburbs, using the same hot-water extraction equipment and careful process we bring to every job.
Homes here sit close to bushland, and that means fine grit as well as ordinary household soil. Grit is what wears carpet fibres down over time, so removing it properly protects the carpet rather than just improving how it looks.
Sloping blocks and multi-level homes are common, and we plan how the equipment reaches the carpet before the day rather than on arrival.
We service suburbs including:
Established family homes with bushland on the doorstep.
Established and renovated family homes set high above the Northern Beaches.
Established family homes in a distinctly bushland setting.
A quiet, leafy family suburb surrounded by bushland.

The Cooks River corridor, from Hurlstone Park across to Belfield.
We provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning across the Canterbury area, a short run south-west of our Inner West patch along the Cooks River and the Bankstown line.
It is a genuinely mixed part of Sydney. Interwar bungalows and Federation homes sit on the streets above the river, red brick walk-up flats fill the areas around the stations, and newer apartments have gone up near Campsie and Canterbury centres.
That mix is why we carry both systems. Houses with reasonable driveway access get the truck mount, while walk-ups and apartments get our professional portable extraction carried in.
We service suburbs including:
A small suburb of consistent interwar housing, known for its quiet streets and original bungalows.
A settled post-war suburb of brick family homes, with a local strip on Burwood Road and Belfield Park at its centre.
Interwar and post-war brick homes around Belmore Sports Ground, with walk-up flats near the station.
A busy centre with one of Sydney's most mixed shopping strips, dense apartment stock and a high share of rentals.
Set on the Cooks River around the station and Canterbury Park, a mix of older homes and red brick walk-up flats.
Largely freestanding interwar homes on standard blocks, with Wangal Park and the river corridor to the south.
A quiet residential pocket next to Dulwich Hill, mostly Federation and California bungalows on settled streets.
A busy centre on Haldon Street, houses on the surrounding streets and walk-up flats near the station.
Post-war freestanding homes around the shopping centre that gave the suburb its name.
Brick homes and older units around the park and lake at the suburb's centre.
Two major centres and the established streets around them.
We provide professional carpet and upholstery cleaning throughout Burwood, Strathfield and the suburbs between them, an area that runs west along the main line from our Inner West base.
This part of Sydney holds some of the grandest heritage housing in the inner west, with large Victorian and Federation homes on generous blocks in conservation areas around Strathfield and Burwood.
It also holds a great deal of apartment stock, from older walk-up blocks on the side streets to modern towers around the two stations, along with a significant rental and student population.
Large houses suit our truck-mounted system, where we can usually park close and run a powerful setup for a big job. Apartments and tight access get our professional portable extraction instead.

One of Sydney's most established suburbs, grand heritage homes on large blocks near the major rail interchange.
A quieter suburban area below the railway line, freestanding homes and duplexes near Cooke Park.
A new residential quarter of apartment towers among the venues and parklands, with high rental turnover.
A peninsula of new apartment buildings on the river, high turnover and newer carpet throughout.
Castle Hill, Kellyville and the acreage country beyond them.
We cover the Hills District, from Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville and Rouse Hill out to the semi-rural suburbs around Dural, Kenthurst and Glenorie.
Houses out here are larger than anywhere else we work. Double storey homes, formal rooms, long hallways and carpeted staircases are normal, and a job is usually a proper half day rather than a couple of rooms.
Wool carpet is common in the established suburbs, and the newer estates bring the opposite problem, where recent carpet looks flat because soil has dulled the pile rather than because it is worn.
Driveways and street access are generous through most of the district, which suits our truck-mounted system. For upstairs rooms, studios and the apartments around Norwest and Rouse Hill, our professional portable extraction comes in with us instead.
We service suburbs including:
Rural residential acreage north-west of Kellyville, with sheds and large family homes.
An older established suburb of freestanding homes on good blocks, split levels and sunken lounges common.
Freestanding estate homes between Kellyville and Rouse Hill.
Substantial modern homes between Norwest and Kellyville, open plan living with carpet through the upper level.
The newest part of the district, still filling in with recently completed homes.
The centre of the district, large established family homes around Castle Towers and the Metro station.
Established double storey family homes on good blocks, with bushland reserves through the area.
Semi-rural acreage along Old Northern Road, large homes with multiple living areas and outbuildings.
Acreage and horse properties around the village centre, large homes with long driveways and soil concentrated at the entries.
Large blocks and long driveways between Castle Hill and Dural, substantial homes with plenty of tree cover.
Rural acreage at the top of Old Northern Road, large homes set well back behind gravel drives.
Large estate housing spreading north along Windsor Road, mostly double storey with carpet upstairs.
Acreage, paddocks and large homes along Kenthurst Road and the lanes off it.
A release area of modern homes on regular blocks, built out over the past fifteen years.
Established freestanding homes on decent blocks around Muirfield golf course and North Rocks Park.
Established freestanding homes between Winston Hills and Parramatta, beside the Darling Mills reserves.
The business park, the lake and a growing residential area of apartments and townhouses around the Metro.
A town centre suburb at the northern end, mixing large family homes with townhouses and apartments.

From the river at Meadowbank up to Epping and Macquarie Park.
We cover the Ryde district, from the riverside suburbs around Meadowbank and Melrose Park up through Ryde and Eastwood to Epping and the Macquarie Park towers.
Few parts of Sydney change this much across a short drive. Solid brick family homes from the fifties and sixties sit a few streets away from twenty storey apartment buildings, and the two need completely different handling.
In the established suburbs the carpet is often original and sometimes wool, with the wear concentrated in hallways and living areas. Around Macquarie Park and the station precincts it is newer and lower pile, where the work is even coverage and fit-out dust rather than age.
Houses here generally allow driveway access for our truck-mounted system. The apartment towers mean lift bookings and loading docks, which we sort out before the day, with our professional portable extraction going up with us.
We service suburbs including:
A small elevated suburb of well-kept interwar homes on generous blocks, with wool carpet more common than most.
Post-war homes on regular blocks beside Brush Farm Park.
A small residential suburb running down towards the railway line and Victoria Road.
A quiet green pocket tucked against Lane Cove National Park.
Substantial Federation and interwar family homes around one of Sydney's most distinctive shopping centres.
Leafy streets of large older homes alongside a substantial band of new towers around the interchange.
High-rise apartments, the university and the business campuses, almost entirely modern tower stock.
Family housing mixed with student flats and share houses next to the Macquarie University campus.
Waterfront apartment buildings around the ferry wharf and station, dense and largely tenanted.
Former industrial land redeveloped into large new apartment precincts, with a pocket of older homes remaining.
Larger blocks and freestanding homes above the Lane Cove valley, split levels common in the sixties stock.
The centre of the district, established brick homes on the ridge alongside apartment towers around Top Ryde.
A busy, diverse pocket around the station, with red brick walk-ups and a high share of rentals.
Parramatta and the corridor running east to Ryde along the light rail line.
We cover Parramatta and the suburbs running east from it to Rydalmere, Dundas and Carlingford, the corridor that joins the centre to our Ryde work along the light rail line.
Nowhere else we service has this much contrast in such a small area. Apartment towers cluster around the Parramatta CBD and the river, and a few streets out there are Victorian and Federation cottages that were standing long before any of it.
East of there the pattern changes. Most of that stretch was built through the post-war decades, which means solid brick family homes on generous blocks, split levels where the land falls away, and a lot of original carpet that has been down a very long time.
Alongside both sits newer development, from the townhouses around Carlingford to the apartment buildings replacing the older estates at Telopea, where the issue is fit-out dust in fresh pile rather than decades of accumulated soil.
We use our truck-mounted system where there is room to position the van, which covers most of the older streets. Our professional portable extraction handles the towers, the walk-ups and anywhere hoses from the road are not practical.
We service suburbs including:
An industrial peninsula on the river, where our work is offices and staff amenities.
A large established suburb on the ridge, sixties and seventies homes with townhouses filling in near the centre.
Rail junction and industrial land, with carpet work in the offices attached to it.
Compact and established on the slopes above the river, long-held homes with duplexes on the larger blocks.
Quiet family streets of sixties and seventies brick on large blocks, split levels common in the valley.
Settled streets along the northern bank of the Parramatta River, with parkland frontage and newer townhouses.
A rail junction suburb, freestanding homes north of the line and steady apartment development near the station.
Federation cottages, older flats and newer apartments beside the Wigram Street restaurant strip.

A small suburb wrapped around Parramatta Park, older homes and newer townhouses.
Established brick homes on generous blocks, with apartment development concentrated near the station.
A quieter residential pocket of freestanding homes and established gardens.
Heritage cottages and post-war brick above the river, much of the carpet laid over boards.
Larger established homes on generous blocks around the golf course, with wool carpet more common than most.
A dense core of apartment towers by the river with older residential streets on every side.
A compact suburb around the station, post-war homes with some older flats and newer townhouses.
A compact suburb around the racecourse, older semis alongside newer riverside apartments.
River flats and higher ground behind, post-war housing with the university bringing student households in.
A residential pocket at the northern end, townhouses and low-rise blocks along the river.

The hospital precinct, with shift workers needing appointments outside ordinary hours.
Freestanding homes on generous blocks beside the Prospect Creek reserves.
From Auburn to Chester Hill
Auburn and Lidcombe sit at the centre of one of the most culturally mixed parts of Sydney, and the housing is just as varied. Freestanding brick homes on the residential streets sit alongside some of the fastest apartment growth in the west, concentrated tightly around the two stations.
That variety decides the equipment rather than the other way round. A house with a driveway suits our truck-mounted system; an apartment behind a security door and a lift needs the professional portable unit carried in.
Rental turnover through the area is high, so end of lease work makes up a good share of what we do here, and a compact flat gets the same inspection and pre-treatment as a family home.
A busy centre with older brick homes on the residential streets and substantial apartment development near the station.
Quiet post-war homes on regular blocks around a small shopping strip.
Settled brick homes around the Waldron Road shops, with older flats and newer duplexes.

Long-settled family homes with mature gardens above Prospect Creek.
Freestanding brick homes with townhouse and low-rise unit development near the shops.
Quiet residential streets set away from the rail yards and industrial land.
From Fairfield to Abbotsbury
Fairfield covers one of the most culturally diverse parts of Australia, and the housing splits fairly cleanly. The suburbs around the stations at Fairfield, Cabramatta and Canley Vale have substantial older flat development, most of it walk-up without a lift.
West of those centres the pattern changes. Bossley Park, Edensor Park, Abbotsbury and their neighbours are almost entirely freestanding homes on generous blocks, much of it rebuilt over the past two decades into larger two-storey houses.
So the equipment is decided by which half of the area we are coming to. Wide driveways in the west suit the truck mount; the flats closer to the stations are portable extraction, carried up the stairs.
Larger homes on rising ground beside the Western Sydney Parklands.
Generous blocks and substantial two-storey rebuilds beside the Western Sydney Parklands.
A well known centre, with post-war homes beyond the shopping precinct and flats near the station.
Freestanding brick homes behind the Canley Vale Road restaurant strip.

A small residential suburb between Fairfield West and St Johns Park.
A residential pocket north and west of the industrial estate and shopping centre.
From Blacktown to Doonside
Blacktown and the suburbs around it were built for space. Blocks are generous by Sydney standards, streets are wide, and driveways almost always give us somewhere to put the van, which means the truck-mounted system can be used to its full potential on most jobs.
The housing is overwhelmingly freestanding, from post-war brick through to the planned estates of the 1980s and 1990s, with apartment development concentrated around the Blacktown town centre.
Larger homes mean larger carpeted areas, so we scope a property properly at quoting time rather than working from a room count and guessing.
An industrial estate on the M4, with carpeted offices above and beside the warehouse floors.
A major western centre, generous blocks and large family homes with apartments around the station.
Newer homes on compact blocks beside the Western Sydney Parklands.
Generous blocks and mature gardens bordering Nurragingy Reserve and the creek corridors.
Warehousing and food production, with our work in the offices and staff rooms.
Larger two-storey homes on good blocks through quiet curving streets.
Quiet brick homes on regular blocks with light industry along the western edge.
Compact freestanding homes, much of the suburb renovated and rebuilt in recent decades.
Freestanding homes around the station, with townhouses through the newer streets.
A residential pocket beside the reservoir reserve, set apart from the industrial land.
Established brick homes with mature gardens, plus townhouses and units near the station.
A planned suburb of the 1980s around Woodcroft Lake, wide streets and generous driveways.
From Quakers Hill to Acacia Gardens
This is some of the newest housing in Sydney. Quakers Hill and Glenwood were built through the 1980s and 1990s, while Schofields and The Ponds went from paddocks to full suburbs inside fifteen years.
Newer homes bring their own pattern of work. Two-storey construction is the norm, carpet is often upstairs with hard floors below, and that concentrates the job on stairs, landings and bedrooms rather than spreading it evenly through the house.
Access is generally good, though compact blocks on the newest estates mean the driveway is often the only practical place for the van, and the villa complexes sometimes need the portable unit instead.
A small suburb of brick homes and established gardens, entirely freestanding.
A mix of freestanding homes, townhouses and villas built through the 1990s.
Newer two-storey homes with carpet upstairs and hard floors below.
Quiet freestanding homes on regular blocks between Glenwood and Quakers Hill.

One of Sydney's newest suburbs, two-storey family homes on compact blocks beside the creek reserves.
From Toongabbie to Pemulwuy
Toongabbie was one of the earliest farming settlements in the colony and has been residential ever since. Greystanes and Old Toongabbie are its established neighbours, while Pemulwuy is barely twenty years old, built on former quarry land.
Most of the housing is freestanding on generous blocks, so access is rarely the constraint here. There is usually ample room to bring the van close and use the truck-mounted system properly.
Many of these homes have been held by the same families for decades, which tends to mean even wear through the traffic lanes rather than isolated stains. Where wear rather than soil is the real issue, we say so.
Quiet, long-settled brick homes on the rise above Toongabbie Creek.
A compact residential suburb of post-war brick homes and mature gardens.
A large suburb of generous blocks and mature gardens beside the Prospect Reservoir reserve.
Larger homes on good blocks above the creek, with very little unit development.
Newer two-storey homes built from the early 2000s on former quarry land.
One of the colony's earliest settlements, now established homes with flats and townhouses near the station.
From Earlwood down through Hurstville to the Georges River.
We cover the St George area, running south from the Cooks River at Earlwood through Rockdale, Bexley and Hurstville down to Oatley and the Georges River.
It is one of the most varied parts of Sydney for our purposes. Solid interwar and post-war family homes fill the residential streets, red brick walk-up flats cluster around the older stations, and Hurstville and Rockdale carry some of the densest apartment towers south of the city.
In the established homes the carpet is often original and sometimes wool, with the wear concentrated in hallways and living areas. Around the centres it is newer, tenanted and turned over regularly, where the work is as much about what one household has done in two years as about decades of traffic.
Most houses here allow driveway access for our truck-mounted system. Walk-ups with no lift and towers with loading dock bookings both get our professional portable extraction, carried in with us.
We service suburbs including:
A compact suburb around its station, with steady apartment development alongside older homes.
Older homes on the higher ground alongside substantial newer apartment development towards Wolli Creek.
Older homes and flats on the Illawarra line between Arncliffe and Rockdale.

One of the smallest suburbs in the area, a pocket beside the Wolli Creek reserve.
A small suburb on the bend of the Cooks River, named for the cliffs above it.
The Botany Bay beaches and the Georges River peninsulas.
We cover the bay strip, from Brighton-Le-Sands and the Botany Bay beaches around to the Georges River peninsulas at Sans Souci, Connells Point and Kyle Bay.
Living this close to the water changes what ends up in your carpet. Sand comes in on feet and towels all summer, works past where a vacuum reaches, and then abrades the fibre every time somebody crosses the room. Salt adds a residue that holds moisture and keeps carpet feeling damp.
The housing runs the full range. Apartment towers look out over the water along Grand Parade, older red brick walk-ups fill the streets behind, and the peninsulas hold some of the largest waterfront homes in southern Sydney.
Houses with driveways get our truck-mounted system. Beachfront buildings mean lift bookings and loading dock times, which we arrange beforehand, with our professional portable extraction carried in.
We service suburbs including:
A small suburb built around its golf course between Kogarah and Ramsgate.
Substantial homes on the steep slopes above the Georges River, many of them three levels with water views.
The Bay Street restaurant strip, beachfront apartments on Grand Parade and family homes behind.

Quiet streets running down to the water and Carss Bush Park.
A small flat suburb at the river mouth, post-war brick with sand coming in from the foreshore.
A handful of streets tucked into their own bay, almost all substantial homes with river frontage.

Two speeds at once: a busy main road strip on one side, quiet streets running to the water on the other.
Mostly units facing the water, from three storey walk-ups to newer buildings with lifts.
A small pocket by the sailing club and baths, where living areas open straight onto decks and lawns.
Boating country on the point between the bay and the river, with jetties along most of the foreshore.
From Bankstown to East Hills
Bankstown is one of the largest centres in southern Sydney, and the housing around it covers almost every type we work with. Established brick homes on generous blocks sit alongside substantial apartment development around the town centre, with older walk-up flats through the suburbs on the railway line.
That range is exactly why we carry both systems. A house with a driveway suits the truck-mounted extraction unit; a walk-up with no lift or a tower behind a security door needs the professional portable carried in.
Along the southern edge the Georges River and its reserves shape the housing. Blocks step down towards the water at Georges Hall, Milperra and East Hills, and access there depends more on the driveway than the number of levels.
A major centre with established homes on the residential streets and apartment towers around the station.
Settled brick homes on the rise behind the highway shopping centre.
A small residential pocket between Yagoona and Sefton.
A residential pocket beside one of inner western Sydney's larger logistics precincts.
Quiet freestanding homes on generous blocks with established gardens.
Larger two-storey homes on a peninsula in a bend of the Georges River.
Generous blocks with substantial two-storey rebuilds through much of the suburb.

A compact suburb of quiet brick homes around its station.
Freestanding homes and renovated former public housing beside the industrial area.
Post-war brick homes on regular blocks behind the Hume Highway shops.
The high ground above the Georges River and Salt Pan Creek.
We cover the suburbs along the Georges River and Salt Pan Creek, from Padstow and Revesby down to the Heights, Picnic Point and East Hills.
The land does most of the talking here. The Heights suburbs sit on steep blocks above the water, with houses on two or three levels, terraced gardens and long flights of steps down from the street. Behind them, Padstow and Revesby are flatter, busier and built around their stations.
On the steep blocks the living areas are often well below the front door, which is where our professional portable extraction earns its place. Where a driveway gets us close, the truck-mounted system does the heavy work instead.
Closer to the river, reserve frontage means a steady supply of grass, leaf litter and silt through the back door, while homes on the main roads deal with traffic film that a back street never sees.
We service suburbs including:
On the river at the end of the line, mostly freestanding homes with the reserve and swimming spot nearby.
Large flat blocks on the river bend, sporting fields and light industry bringing extra soil indoors.
Built around the station and Padstow Parade, with post-war homes south and light industry north.
Large homes on steep blocks above the river, most of them two or three levels with stairs throughout.
Post-war brick and fibro on flat blocks, much of the carpet laid over boards rather than slab.
A peninsula where Salt Pan Creek meets the river, quiet streets with reserve and jetties below.
A larger centre with the station and shopping strip, and post-war homes on the streets behind.
A small ridge suburb above the river, well-kept post-war homes with bushland reserve below.
Our service area is not limited to the suburbs listed above. If you are reasonably close to the areas we regularly service, contact us.
Tell us where the property is and what you would like cleaned. If we can practically service the location, we will let you know.
For properties with suitable access, our truck-mounted hot-water extraction system is generally our preferred setup. Its substantial hose reach means multi-storey homes are usually no problem when the van can be positioned within practical distance.
Bedrooms being upstairs does not automatically mean we need to change systems. Where appropriate, hoses can also be routed through an accessible window to reach upper levels. The key consideration is practical access between the van and the carpet.
High-rise buildings require a different approach. Secure basement parking, lifts, long corridors and restricted building access can make truck-mounted hoses impractical.
That is why we also carry a high-performance professional portable extraction system. The equipment can be taken directly into the apartment. It is carpet-cleaning equipment, not a small domestic or hire machine.
Depending on the material and property, we provide:
Hot-water extraction with truck-mounted or portable equipment according to property access.
Learn more →Professional cleaning for suitable fabric sofas, lounges, armchairs, dining chairs and other upholstered furniture.
Learn more →Professional assessment and targeted treatment for coffee, wine, food, grease, cosmetics and other stains.
Learn more →Treatment for pet-related carpet and upholstery contamination, with attention to the source rather than simply masking odours.
Learn more →Professional assessment and cleaning of suitable rugs, with consideration for fibre, construction, dyes and condition.
Learn more →Professional cleaning with products and technique selected with the characteristics of wool in mind.
Learn more →Professional carpet cleaning for rental properties and moving situations.
Learn more →Wherever we are working, our approach remains the same. We inspect before we clean. We use professional equipment suited to the property. We select cleaning products according to the material and problem. We pay individual attention to stains. We take care around the rest of the property. We give honest advice about what can and cannot be achieved.
And because we do not subcontract, the people whose reputation is attached to the job are the same people doing the work. That is our cleaning standard.
Tell us about your property, the rooms and the access, and we will come back with a price and a realistic view of what cleaning can achieve.
