Box Hill is the newest part of the district, a large release area still filling in with modern homes, wide streets and young families moving into recently completed houses.
Almost everything here is new, which changes what carpet needs. Builders dust, constant coming and going during a move in, and traffic soil in the first few years are the usual issues rather than age or wear.
New turf and constant irrigation put mud at the door for the first few years. It is fine, it is wet, and it goes straight through to the backing rather than sitting on the surface, so it needs water and suction to come back out rather than a vacuum.
Access is uncomplicated in a suburb this new, so the truck mount handles nearly everything. It is worth telling us if the house is still under builder warranty and there are surfaces you want protected.
