Moore Park's residential fringe borders the SCG, Allianz Stadium and the Entertainment Quarter, and event-day traffic is genuinely the first thing we plan around here rather than an afterthought.

It is where Sydney's big football nights happen. The Sydney Roosters, in the competition since 1908, play at Allianz Stadium and won their 16th premiership in 2026, while across the road at the SCG the Sydney Swans have been the city's AFL team since moving north in 1982, with premierships in 2005 and 2012.

Homes closer to the park tend to be older, with original carpet and skirting boards we work around carefully, while the apartments nearer the parkland are usually newer with lower-pile carpet.

For the older homes, we pre-treat high-traffic paths and any visible marks before the main clean, particularly where furniture has sat in the same spot for years and left compression marks that need a bit more attention.

For newer apartments, less pre-treatment is usually needed, and the focus shifts to booking around building access and event-day traffic rather than the carpet itself.
