Yes. The portable extraction unit is designed to be carried up, so walk-ups are not a problem. It is worth telling us the floor when you book so we allow the right time.
Do you do end of lease cleans for rentals around the station?
Regularly. Give us the agent's requirements in writing and we clean to that, and we will be upfront about anything that is not going to lift so there are no surprises at inspection.
Can you get a stain out if someone has already tried a supermarket product on it?
Often, though it depends what was used. Some products set the stain or leave a residue that attracts soil back quickly. Tell us what went on it and we will work from there.
