Carpet Cleaning Westleigh
Westleigh is a quiet pocket of family housing north-west of Thornleigh, ringed by bushland and laid out in long cul-de-sacs with almost no through traffic.
Most of it went up through the seventies and eighties, which means large brick homes on big blocks, split levels where the land drops, and a lot of original carpet that has raised a family on it.
The bushland setting is the defining factor. Grit, bark and leaf matter come inside constantly, and in a split level it collects at the base of the stairs and along the hallway rather than spreading evenly through the house.
Blocks here are generous and driveway access is easy, so the truck mount is what we bring.
Westleigh questions
The traffic lane down the hallway is much darker than the rest. Will it come back to match?
Usually most of the way. The dark line is soil concentrated in the walking path, and extraction lifts it. If the pile itself has been crushed flat over the years that part will not stand up again, and we will point out which you are dealing with.
We have a dog that goes in and out all day. Does that change anything?
It means more soil coming in and often odour in the underlay rather than just the carpet. Surface cleaning will not fix an odour that has soaked through, so we treat it properly or tell you it needs more than a clean.
Are you actually out this far?
Yes. Westleigh is inside our service area. We plan the northern jobs by area rather than criss-crossing the city, so a little notice usually gets you a better choice of times.
