Waitara sits directly south of Hornsby, a small suburb dominated by unit blocks clustered around the station and the hospital.
There are freestanding homes on the quieter eastern streets, but the bulk of the housing here is apartments, from red brick walk-ups of the sixties and seventies through to newer towers along the Pacific Highway.

I need the carpet done before handover. How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, particularly near the end of a month when inspections bank up. Tell us the handover date when you book and we will work backwards from it.
The unit is a walk-up with no lift. Is that a problem?
No. The portable unit is built to be carried, so stairs are routine. Let us know the floor when you book so we allow the right time.
Will one clean be enough to satisfy the agent?
Usually, on carpet in reasonable condition. Where there is damage or a stain that will not lift, we tell you before we start rather than leaving you to find out at the inspection.
