Wentworth Point is a peninsula of apartment buildings on the Parramatta River, facing Rhodes across the water and joined to Sydney Olympic Park at the southern end.
Almost everything here is new. The suburb was built out through the 2010s, so the carpet in most of these buildings is a decade old at most, and a good share of it is in rental stock that turns over regularly.

I need an end of lease clean before my final inspection. What do you need from me?
The rooms empty if possible, and a copy of anything the agent has specified in writing. We clean to that list rather than guessing at it, and we will tell you upfront if a stain is not going to come out.
Does building management need to know you are coming?
Usually yes. Most buildings here want a booking for the lift and the loading dock, so give us the building's requirements when you book and we will work to them.
The carpet is only a few years old. Is a professional clean worth it?
Often more worth it than on old carpet, because newer pile has not been damaged yet. Cleaning it before the soil compacts is what keeps it looking new for longer.
