Carpet Cleaning Point Piper

Point Piper takes its name from Captain John Piper, whose extensive early nineteenth-century estate occupied this part of Sydney Harbour. Today it contains some of Sydney's most carefully designed residential interiors.

There are only a few streets and not many dwellings on them. The houses are large and individually designed, and the handful of apartment buildings are small and low-rise by the standards of the harbour.

That makes appropriate treatment more important than simply promising maximum power. A premium wool carpet does not need to be bullied into submission.

We use professional-grade cleaning agents, specialist stain treatments and extraction equipment selected around the actual property. We can work from the truck mount where access is practical or use our professional portable when the building configuration calls for it.

Point Piper questions

Do high-quality carpets require different treatment?

Often, yes. Fibre, construction and condition should influence the cleaning method.

Can you clean upholstery as well?

Yes, where the fabric is suitable. We check the material and any care label before starting in Point Piper, since not every fabric can be wet cleaned safely.

Can you guarantee every stain?

Yes. Many stains improve substantially, though we will say plainly when something is bleaching, dye loss or fibre damage rather than soil, because those will not come out.
