Castle Hill is the centre of the Hills District, built around Castle Towers, the Metro station and Castle Hill Road, with a large residential area of established family homes spreading out around it.
Houses here are big. Two storeys, multiple bedrooms, long hallways and carpeted staircases are the norm rather than the exception, which means a job is usually a genuine half day rather than a couple of rooms. There is also a growing body of apartments near the Metro.
In a house this size the carpet does not wear evenly, it wears in a line. The route from the garage through to the kitchen and up the stairs carries almost every trip anybody makes, so that strip goes dark while the formal rooms either side of it stay close to new.
Long driveways are the rule rather than the exception here, so the truck mount is almost always the right call and gives us the power a house this size needs. Around the Metro the portable handles the apartment work.

Usually yes. Tell us the number of rooms and staircases when you book so we allow the right amount of time rather than rushing the end of it.
Do you service the Hills regularly?
Castle Hill is well inside our service area. Give us a few days where you can and we will find a time that suits, particularly for a house this size, which is usually most of a day.
Do you clean wool carpet?
Yes. Wool is common in the better homes here and needs a different approach to synthetic carpet, which we are set up for.
