Parramatta is Sydney's second centre, with a dense core of office and apartment towers, the river running through it and older residential streets on all sides.
It is also the home of the mighty Parramatta Eels, in the competition since 1947 and four-time premiers. Adam is a lifelong Eels supporter and a perpetual member of Parramatta Leagues Club, so it is one suburb we are always glad to be working in. Plenty of the carpet we clean here has hosted a game night or two, and we have seen what a dropped drink in a nervous final ten minutes can do.
The housing splits sharply. High-rise apartments cluster around the CBD and the river, while a few streets out there are Federation and post-war homes on ordinary blocks that have been there far longer.
The apartment stock turns over quickly, so a good share of our work here is end of lease, cleaning to an agent's list against a deadline. The older homes are the opposite problem, carpet that has been down a long time and never extracted.
The towers are a portable extraction job through the basement and lift. The houses further out suit the truck-mounted system.

I need it done before my final inspection. How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, especially at the end of a month when inspections bank up. Tell us the handover date and we will work backwards from it.
Does my building need to know you are coming?
Most of the towers want a lift and dock booking. Pass on whatever the building requires when you book and we will work within it.
Do you clean carpet in an older house differently?
Sometimes. Where carpet is laid over boards rather than a slab we use less water and more passes, because there is nothing underneath to help it dry.
