Carpet Cleaning Telopea
Telopea sits between Dundas and Carlingford around the light rail stop, an area that has changed significantly as older public housing estates have been progressively redeveloped.
That leaves a genuine mix. New apartment buildings and townhouses sit alongside remaining freestanding homes, and the two arrive on our schedule with entirely different requirements.
The new buildings bring the usual pattern for recently completed stock, where fresh pile has taken in fit-out dust during construction and moving in. It looks clean and extracts surprisingly dirty.
For the houses we run the truck mount off the driveway. In the newer buildings the portable comes in with us, and we sort out lift and dock access before the day.

Telopea questions
Is it worth cleaning carpet in a brand new apartment?
Usually yes. Construction dust settles deep into new pile, and getting it out early stops it working against the fibre for the next ten years.
Do you deal with the building manager or with me?
Whichever is easier. Give us the building details and we will make the access arrangements ourselves if you would rather not.
Can you clean carpet in a recently renovated home?
Yes, and the same logic applies. Renovation dust is fine, abrasive and gets everywhere, and it is worth removing properly once the work is finished.
