Carpet Cleaning Chinatown
Chinatown is the precinct around Dixon Street and Sussex Street, between Darling Harbour and Central. It is not a suburb: the residential addresses here are in Haymarket, and a few sit across the boundary in Ultimo or the CBD. All of them are covered.
The apartments here sit directly above working restaurants, and that shapes the job. Kitchen exhaust and grease-carrying air, along with constant foot traffic up from the street, put a different kind of soil into carpet than you find in a quiet residential tower.
Every job here starts as a building-access job. Street-level parking is close to non-existent, loading zones are contested all day, and lift bookings and concierge requirements have to be confirmed before we plan the clean itself.
Truck-mounted hose access is rarely practical, so this is portable extraction territory. The equipment comes into the building with us rather than depending on a hose route that does not exist.
Timing matters more than it does almost anywhere else we work. Street and loading activity peaks around lunch and dinner service, so we book the visit outside those windows wherever the building allows it.

Chinatown questions
Is Chinatown a suburb?
No. The residential addresses are in Haymarket, with some in Ultimo or the CBD. We cover all of them.
Can you park near Dixon Street?
Rarely. We plan the approach and any loading zone or dock access before the day rather than working it out on arrival.
Can you clean apartments above the shops?
Yes. Our professional portable extraction system is carried into the building, which is generally the only practical option here.
Do you do end of lease cleaning here?
Yes. Turnover in the area is high and it is a large part of what we do in the precinct.
Can you work around restaurant trading hours?
Often. Street and loading activity peaks around service, so we time the visit to avoid it where we can.
