Carpet Cleaning Haymarket

Haymarket is the gazetted suburb at the southern end of the city, running from Darling Square and Paddy's Markets across to the edge of Central Station. If your address is in Chinatown, Darling Square or the blocks around the Capitol Theatre, Haymarket is the suburb you live in.

The housing is almost entirely apartments, split between modern residential towers, older commercial buildings converted to units, and a large amount of purpose-built student accommodation. Layouts run from studios to family-sized apartments in the newer blocks.

Compact apartments change the job rather than shrinking it. Furniture sits close together, carpet runs wall to wall through small rooms, and there is often nowhere to move things to, so we plan the sequence before we start rather than working it out around you.

The mix of owner-occupied, long-term rented and short-term rental apartments means carpet condition varies enormously building to building, and sometimes floor to floor. We assess what is actually there rather than assuming.

Ventilation is limited in the internal rooms of many of these buildings, so moisture management matters here. We would rather recover more water on the day than leave a carpet damp in a room with no airflow.
