Carpet Cleaning Camperdown
Camperdown takes its name from Governor William Bligh's Camperdown Estate, part of a 240-acre land grant he received in 1806. Today the suburb could hardly be more varied, with terraces, university-area housing, warehouse conversions and modern apartment buildings close to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. That mix creates everything from well-maintained residential carpet to rentals that have endured years of tenants, pets and parties.
Adam's two children were both born at RPA, so Camperdown is a suburb that will always mean a great deal to our family.
Carpet in a long-term rental ages differently from carpet in a family home. It is cleaned between tenancies rather than maintained through them, so it can look serviceable while carrying years of soil packed into the backing that surface work never reached. That is the situation where a proper extraction clean makes the biggest single difference.
We do not arrive with one little extractor and hope for the best. We carry professional truck-mounted equipment plus a high-performance portable system for high-rise and difficult-access work. The system we use is chosen around the property.
Camperdown questions
Do you clean student and rental properties?
Yes. End of lease carpet cleaning is routine work for us in Camperdown and we can provide a receipt for your agent. We will give you an honest view beforehand of what is achievable, since some wear and staining is permanent.
Can you tackle seriously dirty carpet?
Yes, although we will be realistic about permanent damage or wear.
What if my building has no convenient parking near the apartment?
Tell us beforehand. Our portable system exists for situations where the truck-mounted setup cannot reasonably reach.
