Carpet Cleaning Panania

Panania sits between Revesby, East Hills and Picnic Point, a settled family suburb built around its station and small strip of shops.

The housing is post-war, a mix of brick and original fibro on flat regular blocks, much of it owner-occupied for decades with renovations and extensions added along the way.

In houses of this age the carpet is often the second or third generation, laid over boards rather than a slab. That changes how much moisture we are prepared to put in, because there is nothing underneath to help it dry.

Driveway access is the norm through these streets and the truck mount handles the work.

Panania questions

Our carpet is over floorboards. Is cleaning safe?

Yes, with the right approach. We use less water and more passes so nothing soaks through to the boards, and we allow longer for drying.

There is a stain we have tried to get out ourselves. Will that make it harder?

Sometimes, depending what was used. Some supermarket products set a stain or leave residue that pulls soil straight back. Tell us what went on it and we will work from there.

Do you charge by the room or by the area?

We quote on what is actually there, which means the rooms, the condition and the access. You get the figure before we start, not after.
