Carpet Cleaning Clemton Park

Clemton Park is a small residential pocket between Earlwood and Campsie, quiet and almost entirely made up of houses, with the old brickworks site redeveloped into newer housing on its edge.

Most of the older stock is post-war brick on regular blocks, with a growing number of townhouses and duplexes where larger blocks have been subdivided.

That mix means we see both ends of the range here, from original carpet in a house that has not been touched in thirty years to near-new carpet in a townhouse that has had three tenancies in five.

Access is straightforward on these streets, which keeps the truck mount as our default.

Clemton Park questions

Do you clean townhouses?

Yes. They are common here and the stairs are usually the part that needs it most.

How long should carpet last?

In a normal household, ten to fifteen years for a decent synthetic. Regular cleaning is a large part of what decides whether you get the upper end of that.

Can you work around a tenant's belongings?

Yes, though the more floor we can see the better the result. We move what is reasonable and work around the rest.
