The carpet is badly stained. Is it worth cleaning at all?
Often yes, and we would rather look at it and tell you than have you replace something that will come up better than you think. If it genuinely will not, we will say that too.
Do you deal with landlords and property managers directly?
Yes, regularly. We can invoice whoever is responsible and coordinate access with whoever holds the keys.
