Carpet Cleaning Macquarie Park
Macquarie Park is the business and education centre of the district, taking in the office campuses, the shopping centre, the university and a rapidly growing residential precinct of high-rise apartments.
The residential stock here is almost entirely modern towers, many of them investor owned and tenanted, with a significant student and professional rental population moving through them.
High-rise work is defined by access more than anything else. Lift bookings, loading dock times and building rules vary from one tower to the next, and getting them wrong wastes everyone's morning.
Our professional portable extraction is designed for exactly this, so a twentieth floor apartment gets the same standard of clean as a house with a driveway.
Macquarie Park questions
Do you clean carpet on high floors?
Yes. Floor level makes no difference to the result because the portable system comes up in the lift with us.
What do you need from me before an apartment booking?
The building name, whether the dock or lift needs booking, and who will let us in. Sorting that out beforehand is most of the job.
Do you do office or commercial carpet here?
We handle some commercial work. Tell us the size and we will be honest about whether it suits our setup.
