Carpet Cleaning Schofields
Schofields has changed more than almost any suburb in Sydney over the past fifteen years, from semi-rural land to a large release area of new housing around a rebuilt station.
The housing is overwhelmingly new: freestanding homes on compact blocks, a great deal of two-storey construction, and townhouses through the denser pockets.
Access is generally good, though driveways on the newer estates can be narrow and street parking tight when the road is lined with cars.
New carpet in a new home still gets a full process. It is usually in good underlying condition, so the work is a thorough extraction pass and careful moisture management.
Schofields went from paddocks to full suburb in barely fifteen years, and the newest streets are still settling. New estates mean building dust for the first few years, and construction fines are sharp, pale and sit deep in the pile where a domestic vacuum will not reach them.

Schofields questions
Do you cover the new Schofields estates?
Yes, Schofields is covered in full.
Is parking a problem on the newer streets?
It can be tight. Tell us the address when booking and we will plan the approach.
Does new carpet need cleaning?
It still collects dry soil from day one, and cleaning before it becomes visible is easier than after.
Do you clean townhouses?
Yes. Stairs and compact layouts are planned for before we start.
