Carpet Cleaning Haberfield

Haberfield is widely recognised for its early garden-suburb planning and extraordinary concentration of Federation-era houses. Many of those homes contain timber, rugs, decorative interiors and fitted carpet all within the same room.

The estate was laid out as a single scheme and it still reads that way, with consistent Federation bungalows on generous blocks, deep verandahs and original detail preserved across whole streets by the conservation controls.

Homes of that vintage often still have wool in the formal rooms. Wool holds more water than synthetic, it reacts badly to the wrong chemistry, and it can be permanently damaged by heat and aggressive detergents, which is why we identify the fibre before anything is applied rather than after.

We use professional-grade solutions and dedicated spotting treatments according to fibre and condition. Our truck-mounted system is excellent where access allows, while our portable equipment can reach upper rooms or homes where the layout makes long hose runs impractical.

Haberfield questions

Do you work carefully around polished timber?

Yes. The surfaces around the carpet matter too.

Can you clean rugs?

Yes, after we assess the rug. Fibre, backing, dyes and construction all affect what treatment is safe, so we check before starting rather than after.

Do you clean large Federation homes?

Yes. We can scope the work room by room.
