Ramsgate Beach is the strip between Rocky Point Road and the bay, with the beach, the reserve and a run of apartment buildings looking straight out over the water.
Most of the residential stock here is units rather than houses, ranging from older three storey walk-ups to newer buildings with lifts and basement parking.
Beachfront units have a particular problem. Sand comes up in the lift, along the corridor and through the door, so it is not just the apartment that collects it but the whole path in.
Whichever building it is, our portable extraction comes up with us, so a top floor unit is cleaned to the same standard as a house at street level.

Do the older walk-ups cause you problems?
No. Our portable is built to be carried, and we would rather bring it up three flights than tell you we cannot do the job.
Is beachfront carpet worse than inland?
Generally yes, because sand is abrasive and constant. It is also why beachfront carpet benefits most from regular cleaning.
What if the building requires insurance documentation?
We can provide our certificate of currency. Ask your strata manager what they need and let us know.
