Harbord is the former name of Freshwater, the beachside suburb just north of Manly. It was officially renamed Freshwater on 12 January 2008, but the old name is still in daily use, and the Harbord Beach Hotel and Harbord Village keep it on the street signs. The housing is mostly freestanding, a mix of older beach cottages and interwar homes alongside renovated and rebuilt houses, with apartments closer to the shops and the beach.

It can. Sand settles below the surface of the pile and abrades the fibre as it is walked on, which is why we vacuum thoroughly before extraction rather than relying on the wet pass to lift it.
Do you clean salt air residue?
Yes. Coastal properties collect a fine residue that ordinary vacuuming will not shift, and we pre-treat for it before the extraction pass.
Can you access apartments near the beach?
Yes. Where the van cannot get close enough, our professional portable extraction system goes into the apartment directly.
