One side of the lounge is lighter than the other. Will cleaning even it out?
No, and we will tell you so before we start. Uneven lightness next to a window is sun fade in the fibre itself, which is permanent. Cleaning removes soil, not bleaching.
How do I tell fading from dirt?
Dirt is usually darker in the walking lanes and around the doors. Fade is lighter and follows where the sun falls. If you are unsure we will look before quoting.
Our driveway is very steep. Can you still get set up?
Yes. We assess it on arrival and use the portable where the van cannot be positioned safely. The result is the same either way.
