Wakeley sits between Fairfield West and St Johns Park, a compact suburb of only a few streets with no shops and no through traffic.

Almost everything here was built through the 1970s and much of it is still owned by the families who moved in then, so original carpet and original layouts are common.

That matters at quoting time. Carpet twenty or thirty years old behaves differently under extraction to something recent, and we plan the moisture accordingly.
