Carpet Cleaning Hurlstone Park

Hurlstone Park sits directly next to Dulwich Hill, a small mostly residential pocket between the Cooks River and the railway line, with a short shopping strip near the station and quiet streets either side.

It is largely made up of Federation and California bungalows on decent blocks, many of them owner-occupied and lived in for a long time. Carpet in a house like that usually shows years of ordinary traffic in the hallway and living room rather than one dramatic accident.

The original bungalow layout concentrates the wear. A long central hallway runs from the front door to the back of the house and every trip through the home uses it, so a single strip of carpet does the work of the whole floor. That is usually the strip people point at, and it is usually the one that recovers most visibly.

The streets here are quiet and mostly easy to park in, which means the truck mount does the bulk of our work in Hurlstone Park. The portable comes out for the occasional upstairs conversion or flat above a shop near the station.

Hurlstone Park questions

Can you clean heavily worn hallway carpet?

Yes, and hallways are where the difference is usually most visible. We can remove a lot of built-up soil, though permanent fibre wear stays permanent.

Do you treat pet stains and odour?

Yes. We carry dedicated pet treatments and will tell you if urine has reached the underlay, because that changes what a clean can achieve.

Do you also clean rugs and lounges?

Yes. Rugs and upholstery are part of what we do, and it often makes sense to do them in the same visit.
