Carpet Cleaning Barden Ridge

Barden Ridge sits north of Menai on the edge of the Holsworthy bushland, one of the newer suburbs in the Shire and still largely as it was built.

The housing went up through the nineties and after, brick homes on large blocks with double garages and formal and informal living areas, most of them owner-occupied since new.

Carpet in houses of that era is very often pale, and pale carpet shows a traffic lane long before a darker one would. Owners tend to notice it early, which is useful, because soil that has not yet compacted into the backing comes out far more completely than soil that has.

Driveway access is easy on these blocks and the truck mount does the work.

Barden Ridge questions

Our carpet is light coloured and the hallway looks grubby already. Is that normal?

Yes. Pale carpet does not attract more soil, it just hides less of it. The upside is that you catch it early, when it lifts most completely.

Will cleaning make it look brand new again?

On carpet this age, usually close. Where there is permanent marking or damage we will tell you before we start rather than leave you disappointed after.

How often should we be doing it?

Every twelve to eighteen months suits most households here, sooner with pets or young children. Light carpet benefits from the shorter end of that.
