Carpet Cleaning Banksia
Banksia sits on the Illawarra line between Arncliffe and Rockdale, a compact suburb of older homes and flats with the station and Princes Highway running through it.
The housing is largely interwar and post-war, with a significant share of red brick walk-up blocks alongside the freestanding homes on the quieter streets.
Walk-ups are their own job. Narrow stairwells, no lift, and often a tenant who has been there a while and never had the carpet done properly.
The portable system comes up those stairs with us. On the residential streets where parking allows, the truck mount does the work instead.

Can you get equipment up to a third floor flat?
Yes. Our portable is designed to be carried, which is why we run one alongside the truck mount.
Is old flat carpet worth cleaning?
Often more than people expect. We would rather look at it and tell you honestly than have you replace something with life left in it.
Do you deal with the landlord or the tenant?
Whichever suits. We can invoice one and coordinate access with the other if that is easier.
