Carpet Cleaning Forest Lodge

Forest Lodge sits tucked between Glebe and Annandale, a small pocket of narrow streets, Victorian terraces and workers' cottages that runs down towards Harold Park and the light rail.

A terrace of this shape concentrates every trip through the home into one narrow route. Front door, hallway, stairs, landing: that strip carries the traffic of the entire household, and it goes dull years before the bedrooms at either end of it do.

Terraces here tend to be long, narrow and stacked over two or three levels, with staircases that were never built with cleaning equipment in mind. Our professional portable extraction system comes into the house with us for exactly that reason, so upstairs bedrooms get the same standard of clean as the front room.

Where the van can sit close enough to the property, our truck-mounted system does the heavy work instead. Either way we carry separate treatments for spots, spills and pet problems rather than relying on the main carpet detergent to handle everything.

Forest Lodge questions

Can you get equipment up a narrow terrace staircase?

Yes. Most of our Forest Lodge work is in terraces, so we plan access before we arrive and bring the portable system upstairs rather than dragging hoses through the house.

Do you clean rental properties before an inspection?

Yes. We clean plenty of end of lease carpet in the area and can be honest with you beforehand about what is soil and what is permanent wear.

Is there parking access on your street?

Streets here are tight and often permit parking only. Tell us the address when you book and we will work out the access before the day.
